This is just a precursor to a new Blog experience. Lots has happened in the last 2 years! yes nearly 2 years! Just a week away from finishing up classes for my third year of Uni, (Yay I made it!) All going to plan I should Graduate in December. Things on the home front have changed a bit too, Hubby is working for the all but defunct, Climate Change Authority. Blondie, my eldest is now in Grade five! How did that happen? One of my beautiful cats, Sunny, died still very sad about that. And well Brownie was diagnosed with Type One Diabetes in June this year. Huuugggge challenge, but he's doing really well and handling it like a bloody hero, well he is to me! I'll go in to more as the crusader for Diabetes education and understanding I've become! So the plan for next year? No plan! just going to enjoy some time with my boys, hang out with friends, establish Brooke Everett as a brand. Watch movies, read books, potter, op shop and just generally enjoy life in the slow lane a bit.

Well right now, I'm mean't to be finishing up my essay for Art History Theory, but seeing as I am the Queen of procrastination, I wrote 37 words...then started looking around for other things to do...So I will only make this a short update. Uni has been AWESOME! its been crazy, fun, stressful, challenging and all the stuff I've been missing in my life. The boys and I have done a brilliant job in adapting to new routines, late nights and a crazier than usual OC mummy! I've made some lovely new friends in OBP..those especially who I like to call "my people" (if you watch Grey's Anatomy, you'll get it) .... Zeffy, Harry, Natasha and Julia have made me love coming to school...You guys Rock!. My teachers and lecturers have all pushed me outside my comfort Zone, and made me want to do better and better....So anyway, on the very long, long school break, I am endeavouring to write more regularly, and get back into a less hectic routine. Cheers B
